Nutcracker Delights was filmed on 18 and 19 December at the London Coliseum by Michael Nunn and William Trevitt.
This is a specially adapted production comprising a sparkling selection many of the most beloved scenes from Wayne Eagling's Nutcracker, with Tchaikovsky's stunning score in a new reduced orchestration by Gavin Sutherland. Design by Peter Farmer and Lighting Design by David Richardson.
The cast includes Principal Natascha Mair as Clara, Lead Principal Erina Takahashi as the Sugar Plum Fairy, Lead Principal Joseph Caley as the Prince and First Soloist Aitor Arrieta as the Nutcracker.
Featuring English National Ballet dancers, with English National Ballet Philharmonic under the baton of Gavin Sutherland.
