由於細菌感染,我最終無法本月前往溫哥華,此行必須等到十一月。
在過去的一個月裡,我一直在製作電影Mali I Harrum的音樂。我即將完成整部電影。Mali I Harrum將首先在阿爾巴尼亞首映,然後在南歌及北歐各國電影院上映,最後會在各大網上平台例如Netflix和 Amazon Prime 上映,。當電影上映的時候時我肯定會做更新。
除了作曲之外,作曲家工作的另一個關鍵部分是尋求合作機會。
特別是在電影世界中,製作單位較常在請作曲家之前參與之前會聽取作曲家的一些音樂作品。根據項目,有不同的程序,但一般來說,它將是以下之一。
通常我們會與導演或製片人會面並討論他們對該電影的看法。一般電影已經拍攝好之後作曲家才會加入,但部分時間電影仍然在拍攝當中。如果已經有電影的片段,我將根據內容寫一些音樂,向導演和製片人展示。有時他們也會要求我過去寫過的現有音樂樣本,但我一般總是會定制新的音樂作品。
這就是我過去一個月一直在做的事情。下週我將分享一些我最喜歡的電影音樂收藏。
Because of a bacteria infection I ended up not being able to travel to earlier this month. The trip has to wait till November instead.
For the past month I have been working on the movie Mali I Harrum as mentioned in the previous journal and I am approaching the end of the movie. It is going to be released in a month first in Albania than in Scandinavian region before going to Netflix and Amazon Prime. I will definitely do an update when it happens.
Other than working, another crucial part in a composer’s job is to seek for collaboration opportunities.
Especially in the film world, the production units prefer to listen to some musical ideas from the composer before having them on board. Depending on projects there are varying procedures but in general it will be one of the followings.
Usually I will meet with the director or producer and discuss their vision towards the project. Sometimes the film would have been made at that point but most of the time it is still half way towards the production. Then I will write some music according to the discussion to show to the director and producer. Sometimes they will also ask for existing music samples that I have written in the past but I always tailor new pieces of music.
This is what I have been doing for the past month. Next week I will be sharing some of my favourite film music collection.
