民政事務局開設逾2 500個有時限就業職位

  鑑於2019冠狀病毒病疫情對本港各行各業造成嚴重打擊,民政事務局在「防疫抗疫基金」下推出創造職位計劃,開設逾2 500個與文化、藝術、康樂、體育,以及地區行政有關的有時限職位。

  民政事務局發言人今日(九月四日)說:「目前,已有逾1 000個職位獲聘任,其餘職位亦將於未來陸續進行招聘,共涉及開支約三億五千四百萬元。」
 
  「新開設的有時限職位為期六至十二個月不等,包括全職和兼職工作,涵蓋多個工作範疇,涉及民政事務局、康樂及文化事務署(康文署)、民政事務總署,以及相關範疇的非政府組織,適合不同技能及學歷人士。」
 
  在文化及藝術方面,開設的職位將為香港演藝學院、香港藝術發展局、西九文化區管理局等機構,以及康文署,提供市場推廣及行政支援,推動圖書館系統智能化,協助和支援公共圖書館及文化場地的管理/運作和服務提供,並為有志於藝術行政或舞台管理方面發展的人士,提供實習機會。
   
  而於康樂及體育範疇下開設的職位,工作將包括加強香港體育學院及相關殘疾人士體育總會的運動員訓練工作、增加各受資助體育總會的行政支援,及為康文署提供行政及活動支援,另有部分職位會負責在休憩場地加強清潔、園藝護理及管理工作。
   
  此外,民政事務總署亦計劃開設多個執行行政及文書職務的職位。

  ​發言人說:「我們會根據各個職位的需要,盡快繼續進行招聘工作,期望為不同業界提供有時限的就業機會,與市民共渡難關。」

HAB recruits for more than 2 500 time-limited jobs

     In view of the severe blow to various sectors in Hong Kong brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic, the Home Affairs Bureau (HAB) is creating over 2 500 time-limited jobs related to culture, arts, leisure, sports and district administration under the Anti-epidemic Fund Job Creation Scheme.
      
     A spokesman for the HAB said today (September 4), "Over 1 000 vacancies have been filled by now. Recruitment for the remaining vacancies will commence gradually. This initiative will cost around $354 million.
      
     "The newly created time-limited jobs, both full-time and part-time, last for six to 12 months and cover a wide range of positions in the HAB, the Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) and the Home Affairs Department (HAD), as well as related non-governmental organisations. The positions are suitable for candidates with different skills and qualifications."
      
     In terms of culture and arts, the positions created will provide support, including marketing and administration, the development of a smart library system, management/operation duties and service provision, for public libraries and cultural venues for organisations such as the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, the Hong Kong Arts Development Council and the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority, as well as the LCSD. The positions also provide internship opportunities for those who aim to take up a career in arts administration or stage management.
      
     As for posts created in the field of leisure and sports, job duties will include strengthening training for athletes at the Hong Kong Sports Institute and relevant national sports associations (NSAs) of sports for persons with disabilities, enhancing the administrative support for subvented NSAs, and providing administrative and event support for the LCSD. Moreover, some other posts will be responsible for enhancing the cleaning, horticultural maintenance and management work of leisure venues.
      
     At the same time, the HAD also plans to create jobs for performing various administrative and clerical duties.
      
     "We will continue to conduct recruitment exercises in a timely manner in accordance with the requirements of each position. We look forward to providing time-limited job opportunities to various sectors and aim to weather the storm together with them," the spokesman said.
