2023年藝發局繼續與北京、上海等地的機構合作，向香港藝術界徵集演出建議書，推廣香港表演藝術作品到內地上演。本年度的合作機構包括：

【 Deadline 17 Feb】HKADC Call for Proposals - Performance in Mainland Scheme 2023
The Hong Kong Arts Development Council (HKADC) aims to explore resources to support the Hong Kong artists/art groups and create arts spaces for artistic productions in Hong Kong and worldwide.
In 2023, HKADC will continue to collaborate with different festivals and venues in Beijing, Shanghai and other major cities in the Mainland with the aim of enhancing the artistic exchange with local artists and showcasing the artistic excellence of Hong Kong performing artworks to local audiences. HKADC is now calling for local performance proposals for the following partners:
Meet in Beijing International Arts Festival 2023
China Performing Arts Agency Theatre Programmes
1862 Theater (Shanghai)
YOUNG Theatre (Shanghai)
